1. Information Collection
Whiteboard Tech – Draw & Create does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.
The app does not directly collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Account credentials
- Personal drawings
- Whiteboard content
- Sticky notes
- Imported documents
- Photos or images used within the whiteboard
2. Whiteboard Data & Local Storage
Your whiteboards, drawings, strokes, shapes, text, sticky notes, and other locally created content are stored on your device.
The app does not upload your whiteboard content or imported files to our servers.
Your content remains under your control on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its application data, locally stored content may be deleted.
3. Imported Files & Documents
If you choose to import an image, PDF, or other supported document, the app accesses the file only for the purpose you requested.
Files are processed locally on your device unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.
We do not upload your imported files to our own servers.
4. Exported Files
When you choose to export or save a whiteboard, the resulting file is saved to a location selected or approved by you through Android's system file picker or sharing functionality.
The app does not automatically upload exported files to our servers.
5. Advertising
Whiteboard Tech – Draw & Create uses Google AdMob to provide advertisements.
AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, and other technical information, depending on applicable settings and consent.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable Google settings, regional requirements, and user choices.
Google processes information according to its own privacy policies and terms.

6. In-App Purchases
If the app offers in-app purchases such as "Remove Ads" or a "Pro Upgrade", payments are processed through Google Play's billing system.
We do not receive or store your complete payment card, bank account, or other financial information.
Google Play handles payment processing according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
7. Permissions
The app may request access to certain device features when required for a user-initiated action.
Photos / Images / Files
The Android system file picker or Photo Picker may be used when you choose to:
- Import an image
- Import a supported document
- Select a file
- Save or export a whiteboard
The app does not require unrestricted access to all files on your device for normal whiteboard functionality.
Internet Access
Internet access may be required for:
- Advertisement delivery through Google AdMob
- Google Play services related to in-app purchases or licensing
- Other third-party services explicitly described within the app
Core whiteboard functionality is designed to work locally on the device.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your whiteboard content, imported files, or personal information.
We do not upload your private whiteboards or documents to our own servers.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play may independently process information necessary to provide their services.
11. Children's Privacy
Whiteboard Tech – Draw & Create does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to use its core whiteboard features.
Where advertising is used, applicable Google Play and Google advertising requirements regarding children and families are followed.
12. Data Deletion
Because the app primarily stores whiteboard content locally on your device, you can generally remove locally stored app data by:
- Deleting individual whiteboards or files within the app, where supported
- Clearing the app's data through Android device settings
- Uninstalling the app
Data stored by third-party services, such as advertising providers or Google Play, is subject to their respective policies and controls.
13. Privacy Policy Website
This Privacy Policy may be hosted on a third-party website hosting service. The hosting provider may process limited technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, and server request logs.
This website hosting does not provide the app with access to your private whiteboards or imported files.
